Talbot Partnership recently held its annual Holiday Breakfast at William Hill Manor and announced the release of the 2005-2006 Annual Report, which is now available upon request. The report highlights the significant work completed in FY 2005 to address the issue of adolescent substance abuse in Talbot County.
